The origins

The estate on which Hotel Llenaire is located today has been owned by the Colom Muntaner family for several generations: the great-grandparents of today’s owners returned to Majorca in 1905 after having emigrated to Cuba in the 19th century and purchased this amazing piece of land in extraordinarily beautiful location. As a typical Majorcan finca it quickly became the beloved country estate of the entire family. In 1910, the farm house has been fully renovated and the elegant manor house that has kept the glamour of past times until today was built.

Today

In 2001, the great-grandchildren started with the transformation of the family estate into a luxurious agroturismo. Two years later, the finca welcomed the first hotel guests with 12 comfortably equipped double rooms, junior suites and suites, elegant common areas and idyllic exterior areas. The finca thus became a place of pure relaxation to guests from all over the world. With passion and commitment, we want to create the perfect stay for each and every guest.

But also the agricultural activities are pursued: over 200 purebred Majorcan sheep are pasturing in the fields, vast vegetable gardens and uncountable almond, olive, fig, orange and lemon trees create a unique atmosphere and spread Majorcan country feeling at its best.

Rooms

Located in different wings of the manor house, there are 3 classic double rooms, 5 junior suites, 3 junior suites with sea view and the Suite Llenaire with sea view. All guest rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities. The interior design always keeps the historic flair of the building alive combining it successfully with today’s comfort.

Common areas

The library is welcoming you with a large selection of books as well as national and international press and invites our guests to relaxing hours of reading. In our bodega, we have an exquisite selection of wines from Majorca, the Rioja and the Ribera del Duero as well as Cavas and champagnes. For those looking for relaxation, we recommend a visit in our sauna.

Outside, there is our beautiful and big terrace with gorgeous sea view and a nice pool with sunbeds, sunshades and the most beautiful view of the estate. Also, there is a tennis court on our romantic finca and the wide gardens let you explore the island’s flora and fauna. For example, this is an amazing spot for bird watching!

Services

Our reception is open 24 h on every day because we want you to have a point of contact at any time.

We are here to assist with organizing excursions, a rental car or boat, we take care of your restaurant bookings, organise spa treatments, concert and theatre tickets, green fees for golf courses, airport transfers, etc.

Events

Llenaire is the perfect location for family parties and weddings as well as business meetings and conferences. We create tailor-made packages and plan your perfect event with you. Please send us an email with some of your ideas or call us and we talk through everything together.

Good to know

Check-in: You can move into your room on your day of arrival from 2 pm.

Check-out: On your day of departure, you can stay in your room until 12.00 (noon). If you don’t’ have to leave immediately, we will store your luggage and you enjoy our common areas during the day. Also a dressing room is available. We are happy to organise an airport transfer for you.

Dogs: On request and for a fee.

Internet: Free Wi-Fi indoors.

Parking: Free parking on the estate.
