Our chef creates a classic Mediterranean cuisine based on traditional recipes. The freshness, quality and origin of the ingredients is as important to us as a varied menu and excellent service.
Our sheep provide excellent meat which we love to use in our culinary creations. Also vegetables, fruits and herbs come, whenever possible, from our own land. We press our olives to olive oil and almonds, oranges and lemons find their way into numerous delicious dishes.
Food is served in our restaurant and on the beautiful terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Pollença.
Every morning, we serve our freshly prepared breakfast. You choose from our buffet and from a small menu with warm dishes that are prepared à la minute. Many ingredients and dishes come directly from our finca, for example jams made of pomelos, prunes or figs and different local sausage specialities.
At noon, we serve a small snack menu with light dishes: sandwiches, salads, pasta and regional specialities such as fried squid rings, small lamb chops and paella.
In the evenings, you can choose between our à la carte menu and our degustation menu. For guests staying longer than one week, we prepare additional dishes besides our regular menu.
In our bodega, we have exquisite wines from Majorca, the Rioja and the Ribera del Duero as well as Cavas and champagnes. We are happy to recommend the wines that perfectly accompany your menu.
